We had dinner there one night while vacationing nearby. I wished it looked as good as the website photos. The waterfront is actually a canal. The food was at best average. Nothing we had stood out or was memorable. I can remember some meals from thirty years ago not I can't remember what I had three weeks ago The wait staff was acceptable Parking is poor.

After numerous visits to North Fort Myers, this is the best seafood I've found in a town which seems like it should have more good seafood than it does. We went for lunch. The decor is casual, and the prices are reasonable for casual seafood. I had a tasty grouper sandwich, my wife enjoyed her blackened shrimp, and everything else was good. The cole slaw tasted freshly made. The prices were reasonable. The view was nice, though I was sitting behind a post and couldn't see much. The service was good. Overall, it's a good solid seafood restaurant and the best I've found in North Fort Myers. I will be back unless something truly remarkable comes along.

My Mother and I decided to try the waterside restaurant in North Ft. Myers, as we were really in the mood for good seafood and atmosphere on a Thursday evening. I patronized the smaller, storefront restaurant on 41 and was highly impressed. This time however the food was very sub-par. The steamed oysters took a lot longer to arrive at the table and when they did they were VERY over-cooked. The gator tail was really good, cooked just right and the smoked fish dip was delicious. The coleslaw and hush puppies were also good. The crabmeat stuffed grouper (16.99) was mostly stuffing and hardly any crabmeat at all. It was also filled with red peppers which to me is indicative to being frozen. The same goes for the stuffed flounder. Our server was friendly but not very efficient, when I asked one of the other servers (because ours wasn't anywhere to be seen) for some decaf coffee to go with the peanut butter pie I ordered for dessert I was told the coffee machine had already been cleaned for the night! Who does that?! Why wouldn't that be one of the last things you do? I know many people that like a cup of decaf in the evening with dessert. I was very disappointed this time.

Great smoked mullet right off the smoker!!! Yum!! You have to try it with the cheese grits!! You can't go wrong!

My wife and I loved it.the young pretty brown haired waitress was super accommodating and helpful. Mark the manager, owner was warm and friendly and very knowledgable about fish and its preparation.And last but not least the food was fantastic,and it didn't break the bank! Mike and Beth

This was a good find! We wanted seafood without paying $$$ for it. This was quiet, friendly, and the food was great! We had raw oysters, smoked mullet (a southern delicacy!) and cheese grits! Wonderful good!

Not real impressed with this place. I had stuffed flounder. The stuffing had no flavor. The flounder did not taste very fresh. My wife had fried shrimp. The shrimp was rubbery. Service was quick.
